Overview

This monthly payment calculator is designed to respect your privacy. It runs entirely in your web browser. The numbers you enter to calculate a payment are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Information we do not collect

The Tool does not require an account and does not ask for your name, contact details, Social Security number, or financial-account information to produce an estimate. We do not sell personal information.

Information you choose to submit

If you choose to submit the optional contact form ("Get my incentives"), the information you provide — your name, email, phone, and any area of interest or message — is sent by email to Colten Mortgage so a team member can contact you about financing. Submitting the form is entirely optional; the calculator works fully without it.

Information stored on your device

The values you enter into the calculator exist only in the page while you use it and are cleared when you close or reload the page. The Tool uses a small session flag so the contact pop-up appears only once per browsing session; it contains no personal information.

Shareable links

The "Copy shareable link" feature encodes your scenario inputs (such as home price, down payment, rate, term, state, county, and loan type) into the link's web address (URL) so the scenario can be reproduced. These links contain loan-scenario values, not personal identity information. Avoid adding personal or sensitive details, and share links only with people you trust.

Cookies and analytics

The Tool does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across websites. To understand how the Tool is used, we use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless measurement service provided by our hosting platform. It collects anonymized, aggregated usage information — such as page views, referrers, device type, and interactions like clicking "Apply Now" — using a daily-rotating anonymous identifier. It does not use cookies, does not collect your name or contact information, and cannot identify you personally.

Third-party content

Company logos may be loaded from third-party hosting services (for example, the lender's own website host). When your browser requests those images, the hosting provider may receive standard request information such as your IP address, as is typical for any image loaded from the web.

Children's privacy

The Tool is intended for adults evaluating home financing and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
